i like the property and the owner and staff very much but i was extremely dissatisfied with check in and how things are handled. I was checked in and got to my room which was extremely hot, looked for the remote for 10 minutes couldnt find it, went all the way back to check in to find out they have the remote and i need to pay 10 a night to get it. just include that in the room rate. No one could possibly sleep in that heat without at least a fan (which they also dont have). then i went back to cool the room down and work and went to long in and they didnt supply the login, so i called and they told me to go back to check. in to get the login, so i had to put on all my clothes again and go back to the front desk. all of this shoulda been taken care of at check in. they wasted a large amount of my time not doind the check in correctly.
