An amazing stay, there's nothing not to like. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is free transport to the port which was very useful. It is close to all the restaurants and bars but far enough away so we didn't hear any noise. We had a room with a view of the sunset which was stunning. This is a great hotel! Breakfast is delivered to your room every morning and the food selections were delicious. We ate at the table on the balcony and enjoyed the views of the caldera. The room was enormous and the bed comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

The Renieris Hotel is perfectly located, super clean and a very well organised, friendly hotel, perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday close to Chania. Located in the centre of the historic region. Close to all you would like to see especially on a first visit. Hotel itself small and quirky, unusually and interestingly decorated. Breakfast on the terrace a highlight with fresh local produce.Staff attentive and helpful. Special mention for Evie and Johnny who made our visit all the more enjoyable with information and assistance on things to do and see. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great staff and lovely property. The reception team were absolutely fantastic, lovely check in with enthusiastic staff that answered all questions and offered any information we needed. The rooms we stayed in were immaculate with so many luxurious features if you choose to upgrade. The breakfast served on our terrace and the room service staff also 1st class. I fully recommend not only the Hotel and its location but as always it's the staff that make the difference and everyone was lovely

Loved the modern design and well equipped room. Convenient location, only an easy twenty minute walk to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within 2 minutes of the hotel. Easy ten minute walk to catch direct local bus to Knossos, you don't need an expensive tour bus, as I went for the eight am opening to miss the crowds and had left by ten am when all the tour busses turn up.

The hotel staffs were all accomodating and friendly.We arrived late in the evening.
