Mykonos is a super busy island and this hotel is an oasis of calm. It’s on the Platis Gialos - Mykonos city centre bus line, which means you can take the bus to the beach (Platis Gialos) or to Mykonos to visit the town it’s 1.8 euro either way. I prefer to walk - 35 min to Mykonos old port, or 30 min to Gialos beach. The only tricky bit is there’s no sidewalk but overall it’s fine. The bus stop is literally outside the hotel. You’re also less than 20 min walk from Ornos beach, which was my favourite. All these beaches charge a fortune for beach chairs, so take a towel and a beach mat and lay in the sand if you’re thrifty. Ornos is very nice and you get more sunshine hours there. Going down it’s easier than returning up the hill, but it’s perfectly fine anyway. The hotel has a lovely pool and it seemed always to have pool chairs available. There’s a pool bar too with a handsome bartender who was very popular with everyone. They organised airport pick up and drop off which was very nice (it’s a 15 min ride). The room was very spacious and had a good shower. The fridge was tiny but the supermarket is 2 min walk so you can stock up often. By the supermarket is just by the best restaurant in the island in my opinion, Anna taverna - best prices and best food! There’s another restaurant there too which serves grills (no fish / seafood). Jason is a great hotel, and it’s nice that it’s not in the busy town areas or too near the beach where it can get real noisy.

The stay was amazing first time in Mykonos and everyone at hotel jason made me and my friends stay amazing!! When I come back to mykonos I’m coming straight back to hotel Jason and also big shout out to Giorgio the best bartender in Mykonos made our stay great makes great cocktails and he’s very funny,welcoming and just a great guy looking forward to coming back

Lovely hotel, centrally located. Convenient to rent a car/quad or take a cab, bus stop just across the hotel too. Maria, Poppy and the team is fabulous. This is a family run business with over 35 years of history, running a lovely hotel that meets the needs of those seeking a quite, convenient and lovely environment that reflects the Mykonos Vibe. Thank you!

I booked this hotel last minute and was very pleased with my choice. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very friendly and helped me check in and carry my luggage to my room. I loved my room it was clean and perfect for my short stay. I absolutely loved the green accent chair, full length mirror; and bathroom in my room. The pool area in the hotel was also a great plus, it was beautiful and enough for me to get some good sun. As a solo traveler, I was overall very happy with my short stay with Hotel Jason and would highly recommend to others!

Best hotel in Mykonos
The Hotel Jason was Amazing. We arrived early and the lovely lady at reception checked us in and showed us to our room which was immaculate. Pool was very clean and the bar was perfect. I would definitely come back, great atmosphere

A little piece of heaven on earth.
I chose this hotel for convenience of bus stop to and from City Center and Beaches. Within 20 minutes walking distance to many popular beaches. This hotel has a Supermarket next door, a Grill Rest. a Seafood Rest, and many other dining options within walking distance as well as delivery service. The swimming pool is large and well maintained. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed and beds made. Staying at Hotel Jason was a delight.

Lovely hotel! Would stay again!
Everyone at the hotel was super warm and helpful! The hotel itself is beautiful- exactly what I’d hoped a hotel in Mykonos would look like! The location is perfect, with bus stops right outside the hotel and very close to both the beach and town. Fabulous pool area, delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here if I’m in Mykonos again!! I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this one!

We are budget travelers and found Hotel Jason perfect. Mykonos is well known as a pricy destination. Saving some on accomodations suited us because we wanted to spend more on shopping, food and drinks. Maria and her husband make your stay great. We liked the pool, excellent restaurants and grocery store in walking distance. Also a good ATM a little further distance at the OK Supermarket. While walking to the beach and to Mykonos town is doable, we frequently took the bus for €1.80 and the to/from transportation from the airport was a bonus. We especially wanted to mention Andreas and Maria restaurant.... outstanding with decent prices. We did not like the Sunset restaurant in little Venice. Expensive, perhaps I am old fashioned but bit it felt rude to me when they requested a tip also we found sanitary conditions less than satisfactory with hair in our drink.

Lovely family run hotel
Lovely place to stay. Great outdoor pool area. Rooms comfortable, although not large. Excellent wifi. Bus stop out the front to go to Platyios Gialos, or Mykynos town which makes it easy. Close to a good supermarket, car/ bike hire and a couple of lovely tavernas for dinner if you don't feel like going to town. Bonus is they will pick you up and drop you on on arrival and departure

An oasis amongst the mayhem
This island is full of experiences with 24 hours per day action. Hotel Jason is ideally situated for guests to take advantage of whatever aspects they want - or simply chill out under the sun beside the pool. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, a regular bus service passes the hotel all through the day and night and there are plenty of vehicle hire options. This is an ideal place to spend a few days whatever your age or interests!

Hotel is very nice, the amenities are nice although the hotel is small. Breakfast is simple but good, and the receptionist which I think was the owner treated us great. The only two things we dislike was the wifi that got disconnected several times and that hotel is not close to downtown walking. You have to take the bus all times. Beach is close and very pretty. I will come back !

What a Gem of a Hotel in Mykonos. Beautiful accommodations ( super comfy mattresses) and wonderfully located with fabulous views. Close to everything but far enough to experience a truly exceptional Greek Island stay. Wonderful local eats within minutes of the hotel and convenient local buses right across from the Hotel. Hotel Manager Maria took care of our every need. From restaurant advice to arranging Quad scooters for traveling about as well as complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off. Greek Hospitality at it best!

Really lovely hotel. Run by lovely ppl. Central to beach and nightlife. Easy bus access to both. It a quiet location with a small supermarket and 2 restaurants the are cheap and cheerful with good local food. I would recommended this hotel to friends and family.

Had a wonderful stay at hotel Jason. Clean room, friendly staff, lovely pool and good location. Short walk to some beautiful beaches and only a quick and cheap bus trip from the town. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and supermarket just around the corner. Also the best soaps and shampoo I've used provided by a hotel too haha!

Hotel Jason has exceeded my expeditions by far, the photos do not do any justice as to how beautiful this hotel is! Breakfast is fantastic every morning, providing a variety of fresh cheese, ham and breads as well as yogurt, fruit and sweets. The rooms are cleaned daily and the business is family owned providing the friendliest service. Staff were kind enough to organise for my friends and I to be picked up and dropped off to the airport. If you're traveling to party, there is a shortcut to paradise beach basically across the road. The hotel is also local to everything. Would definitely reccomend!

Is pleasure hotel but i thing the value that paid is a little bit high for its location is far away form Chora. Is up too 3KM but is located on uphill. A suggestion from me is that to not hire car from guy where hotel corroborate. We deliver back the car without make any scratch on it and that guy was try to blame us for old cars scratches!!!

Perfect for our 2 night stay in Mykonos
Perfect for our 2 night stay in Mykonos, Maria was incredibly nice and helpful since before we arrived. The place has a unique charm and its located on a great spot to just move around town. Had the best sleep of the whole trip here! Rooms are spotless and on great great condition. Really good shuttle service as well. Please note: Do not rent a car from their affiliate "Motor Trust", that was a terrible expensive experience to say the least; even if they have nothing to do with the hotel, you are safer renting a car at the Port or anywhere else. Aside from that, Mykonos was a beautiful experience thanks to Jason Hotel !

Great hotel for a good night sleep
Hotel Jason is excellent. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The local bus stop is just outside the hotel and it's a great place for a good night sleep. You can stay at a hotel to stay AT the hotel, but for me it's a place to sleep after enjoying the day. This place was great. Clean, polite and very friendly.

This is a family owned hotel. The rooms were very clean bc mimosa(the cleaning lady) was awesome! The pool area is fantastic and so beautiful. 15min walk down to platyo gialos but I recommend the bus. 10min bus ride to town. The taverna AndreaMaria is so good for dinner and the prices are really reasonable for Mykonos as well. You need to pick this hotel. You will not be disappointed! I will visit Mykonos next year just to stay at hotel Jason again!

Fantastic little hotel with great location to the main beaches, and a short scoot into town for some festivities if needed. Complimentary pickup from ferry port or the airport is great, and drop off is an ideal addition to the great service. Pool is nice and relaxing. Resident cats gloating around give it a relaxed feel. Great place, highly recommend

Wow,we loved this hotel,it was spotless I have a phobia of pillows these were spotless and smelt lovely and our towels.The Family are so lovely and helpful. We felt so much at home it was a really relaxing time. It's a cute Place.

Lovely hotel with top notch service.
No complaints! The lovely pool is surrounded by flowers and plants that take all stresses away. The staff happily assisted with our planning and booking of excursions. The restaurants within walking distance provided more than enough choices during our week long stay. We are a family of walkers, and for us, the hotel was well situated between the Old Town and the beaches. Having a bus stop across the street provided even more options. Hotel Jason exceeded our expectations and we'd happily return.

Underpriced beautiful hotel!
As a Mykonos veteran I highly recommend hotel Jason. This hotel has everything on offer. Our port transfer was arranged well in advance via email. The ladies at reception were welcoming and helpful. While between the town and the main beaches and not within walking distance of either, this serves as an advantage as what is Mykonos without an ATV or scooter (where the hotel has a good arrangement with a reputable company). The pool setting is of resort quality, the rooms spacious and with everything supplied. Pictures do not do this hotel justice and cannot believe the bargain price of staying here.

Hotel Jason is a clean and comfortable hotel. The pool is lovely. The downside is that the hotel is 2.5km from town and not really walkable because of the crazy traffic along the road and no sidewalks. There is, however, a bus that runs every 30 mins to the town center and the stop is very close to to the hotel. The staff are lovely and the room have a small kitchenette. Overall a great stay although I would book closer to town next time...

Great price. Wonderful location in between the town and the beach. Right next to a bus stop, which is very important in Mykonos where cabs can be impossible to find. Hotel staff was very friendly and offered free transfers to and from the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying there again.

This hotel was fantastic, the rooms had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay, the pool area was fabulous, the staff friendly. We had free transfers from port and to the airport. Location was good although you have to get a bus to Platy gialos and mykonos town but it only takes about 10 mins to each. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Jason for a week in August in a double self catering room. The room was clean and comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The washing line was handy for our wet beach clothes. staff were friendly and informative and happy to help when needed. We used the restaurant to order coffee in the morning, but ate out for meals. Location was ideal with a supermarket and three restaurants within 3-5 minutes. The beach Platy Gialos was a 25 minute walk, and the town centre 25 minutes in the other direction. Buses to either location stops outside the hotel, although they don't run to schedule. The only minuses were lack of hot water on some mornings and the noisy hotel dog! Overall highly recommended and we have stayed at lower quality 3 star hotels.

I would definitely reccomed this hotel to friends. They were friendly, the pool was gorgeous, and it was clean and safe. The location to me was perfect right in between town and the beach. And the bus stops right by the hotel and even the walk wasn't too bad but I reccomend the bus.
