What amazing service! We arrived late and check in was closed. But Olga left clear instructions to get to our room. Breakfast was great also with fresh pastries and delicious yogurt. The hotel is well located steps away from the harbour and in the middle of the shopping district. Highly recommend

I would recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to Chinia Crete! It's in a perfect location for clubs, stores, shops, beaches and restaurants. Staff was amazing and so helpful. 10/10 recommended to anyone traveling to Crete!

We had a lovely stay at Central City Hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Right in the heart of Chania with plenty to see walking distance. Will definitely love to visit again in the near future.

Olga was amazing! She gave us some great activity and restaurant recommendations and honestly felt like family! The breakfast was amazing and the view at breakfast was unbeatable! We will stay here again if we get the chance!

The property is centrally located which is awesome to access the harbor and many restaurants / bars! We arrive late around 11 pm and Olga made sure we had access to the property and recommendations. I can not say enough good things about how attentive Olga is to all the needs of each person walking through the doors! The hotel is extremely clean and super reasonable. Loved this property and would certainly return!

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Our room was bright, comfortable and spacious and exactly as pictured. It was also cleaned on a daily basis, with new towels provided. The location is very convenient and within a sort walking distance to a supermarket, a large number of restaurants, shops and places to visit (including the Old Venetian Harbour). The local bus station is also a few minutes walk, with buses available to a number of destinations including the airport (which is a 30 minute journey away) A big thank you to Olga, Stefanos and the team, who made our stay very enjoyable. They answered all our questions and queries and Olga gave excellent suggestions of places to visit and local restaurants to try. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. They helped us finding places to go, restaurants and others. The Hotel is new. Location is good. There is paid parking very near. While free parking also can be found nearby, but sure you need to spend some time and search and not in peak time. There is stair to go to the hotel. You need to carry your bags. But not difficult. We had nice time here and sure will do again.

clean rooms and excellent location to the water front and the historic downtown of Chania. Olga at the front desk went above and beyond all expectations. She wrote down and highlighted travel instructions, beach options, bus schedules and left notes for us so that we would know when things were scheduled. Warm and lovely person and made our stay at the central city incredible! would stay again!

Location, Location and great reception
Hotel in great location and the 3 receptionists were terrific and Olga was more than a star. Chania is a really nice place for a holiday and even a weekend away any month of the year. The room was very nice and quiet. The restaurants recommended by the receptionists all proved to be good value and outstanding traditional food. Despite the economic crash the local people all walk round with a smile on their faces. What a credit they are. We will be back very soon

Comfortable and convenient
This hotel was outstanding in some aspects and really lacking in others. It was quiet, clean a good price and in a convenient location. The bed was amazingly comfortable one of the best I have slept in. The quality of the bathroom was outstanding as were the other fixtures. It had the worst view I have ever known, into an internal unfinished shaft, with a builders plank between beams! Come on guys a few plants in pots could help. No information in the room at all eg. Check out time or contact details for when the reception was unmanned at night and absolutely no fire escape instruction (the first hotel I have ever been to without this vital information) The reception area was attractive but the steep stairway from the street to the lobby was troublesome with luggage. The female receptionist was delightful. The photo I included flatters the view and does not show the water on the lower floor

Beyond all expectations
My wife and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel recently. It is located within walking distance to major tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and even the bus station (useful for day trips to nearby towns and beaches). The room has a modern design, and was new, clean and spacious. Most importantly, we had the best ever experience as hotel guests with Olga, who gave us recommendations about where to eat and shop as well as delightful "surprises" every day. She was also attentive, sincere and passionate about making sure that we had a comfortable and wonderful stay in Chania. If we visit Chania again, we will have no doubts about staying here again.

This place is perfect in every way for us! 2 blocks from central bus station, customer service is second to none, Olga is such a lovely host, she is attentive, always try her best to help, wonderful personality, made us feel like home in Chania. the personal touch for customer service at this hotel plays an important part for our experience in Crete. We definitely like to come back, and look forward to see Olga again. She recommended great places for food too! The room is clean, practical and very comfortable. all the best from Yilam and Karen.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect central location of Chania. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Olga at the front desk. She helped us with the bus schedule and gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat. Rooms are clean and modern. Great overall!! Stay here and you will be happy.

This is the hotel you should stay in Chania!
We stayed in Central City Hotel for 8 days and really enjoyed our stay during our holiday in Crete. It was perfectly located from the centre, walking distance to all restaurants, shops, harbour, markets in less they 10 mins, supermarket and cafes couple of minutes from the hotel. We managed to park our car street away from the hotel as well. The staff in the hotel was really nice, Olga and her collegues were very friendly, always with smile on their faces, and helpfull when we asked for anything, recommendations, beach umbrella, buying local goods not for tourists. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Best stay
One of the best stays we have had in all our trips even 5 star hotels didnt make us feel so comfortable or welcomed with Olga’s hospitality. The hotel was clean and adequate with everything we needed (tv, big wardrobe, kettle, body wash and shampoo). We brought our toothbrush n slippers so dont know if thwy have if u ask. Anyway the location of the hotel was fantastic so close to everything.

Best location to stay!
Central City Hotel was amazing! I spent 7 very comfortable nights here. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly everyday all day. I traveled alone and the staff always checked if I needed help finding activities or restaurants. The best part of this hotel is not only how clean and hospitable it is but the location itself. You are walking distance from EVERYTHING! Foods, coffee shop, shopping, and less than 5 min walk from the harbor. The hotel is very modern but still has so much character. I loved it!!!

Central indeed!
Very central location, makes it convenient to explore the old town and market. Easy to reach from the bus station and to get to the port or airport. Great assistance from the hotel about food and navigation. Rooms are cosy and clean; the soap smells really good! Hot water is readily available.

Comfortable, new, modern hotel, great location!
This is a superb hotel. It is very new, modern and clean. The staff are so friendly, they even gave us Greek biscuits and sweet bread to celebrate the Greek Easter. It is a great location, 10 minutes walk to the Old Venetian Harbour and 2 minutes to the bus station. The only downside is there are no escalators in the hotel.

The staff members were super friendly! The location was very good, close to the bus station as well as the old town. The only downside was the toilet door. It is not a one that you can close properly and therefore you won't get too much privacy.

Min kæreste og jeg boede 8 nætter på dette hote. Rigtig fint hotel med hvad der var nødvendigt i forhold til vores ophold. Alt personale var rigtig venlig, men specielt Olga gjorde et stort indtryk på os. Hun kom med gode anbefalinger til restauranter og hvad der var godt i forhold til morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad. Da vi skulle køre videre mod Agios Nikolaos gav hun også anbefalinger til steder og restauranter på vejen, som var værd at stoppe ved. Olga var nærværende og interesseret i sine gæster på en måde vi ikke har oplevet før! Klart anbefales værdigt hotel, med god beliggenhed midt i byen tæt på alt.
