Remezzo Villas looks out over the Caldera with stunning views. Staff made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. For me the only drawback was the number of steps down to the property but out bags were carried for us and again when we left. Breakfasts were very tasty and different everyday. Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning sea view rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. Delightful breakfast with plenty of local treats to sample. Very close to both ports and right in the centre, but quiet. We hope we’ll be back! Efharisto poli!

This is a truly charming hotel, in a great location. The service was so so welcoming it gave us the best start to our holiday in Crete. The staff recommended great local food and the breakfast was just wonderful. I am so glad we went there. We will definitely be going back.

For a short break this hotel was delightful. It opened only last year so everything feels fresh, clean and thoughtfully put-together. Chic designer interiors but also lovely helpful staff - some nice personal touches for your stay such as a fruit plate and drinks on arrival and breakfast was terrific and beautifully served. All in all this was a great stay just a stroll from Chania town and the beach just 2 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for more.

A very convenient hotel super close to (walkable - barely 10 mins) but nicely away from the Old Town. Lovely room - spotlessly clean - and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were able to park our car in the underground car park. That was such a help. Breakfast was good.

The Hotel is in an excellent position, its only 4 minutes walk to the Ferry Port, Bars & restaurants were 2 minutes walk away with the main Mytilini harbour 3 minutes walk away. Lesvos as an Island is quite compared to other Greek Islands with not many tourists from abroad, lots of local people could be found eating & drinking in Restaurants & Bars, where the prices were very cheap & the food excellent. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel it was so lovely. The location was perfect. I would recommend you walk to Livadia beach it is a 5 minutes walk and lovely. The town is a 5 minutes walk and the port is very close walking distance. Hotel was so clean and hygienic and the staff always had face coverings on. The only down side was that there was two big trees in front of our balcony so you could not see much out of it, it would be good if the trees were...

Beautiful peaceful hotel, and yet in the middle of all of the best of Old Town, literally restaurants and bars everywhere with huge cross section of prices. Our favorite Castello a couple of minutes away All staff very helpful and courteous at all times. Eleani on reception always will go the extra mile for you. My only criticism is that room 10 was rather dark .

We are just back from spending one week here and we so wish we had booked for longer! The minute we arrived we were made so welcome plus a free room upgrade to a junior suite. This was the second time we went to this hotel. I can only say that the owners are really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend some quality time.

The room was large and very clean and comfortable. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and pointed us in the direction of the nearby beach bar Kappa which was great.
