Dear Mr Robert, Thank you very much for your kind words and your observations.Concerning them I would like to add that most of the rooms have cooking facilities and if our guests wish we can add in their room whatever they need . Safe is provided free in all rooms ( we change all our safe with new electronic and that s why there wasn t in your room,but even so we could have provided you a classic safe box if you have asked it at the reception) Once again thank you . Dear Mrs Berthier Our policy is to welcome any bad reviews given to our hotel. These help us to improve our facilities and to keep high our standards Unfortunately, your review is based on false data: We don’t have 4 elevators (see the official engineering drawing of our building construction) We have plenty (huge) of free parking place just outside the hotel (see Google-Earth) We provide 5 different types of tea for our customers in breakfast time (see the official paper works of the quantities supplied). We provide a large amount of gloves and masks, higher than that required, based on the size of our hotel (see the official paper works of the quantities supplied). The photos shown in our site represent exactly the real state of our hotel. The prices for our rooms are based on the principal “demand and supply”. Kind regards

Dear guests, Thank you for your comments. It is absolute clear in description of Expedia that economy- promo rooms and economy apartments are not renovated ( see photos on site of Expedia ). All other rooms of our hotel that guests can choose are totally renovated with 4 * standards. Kind regards
