My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and it’s definitely one of the best accommodations we have had in Europe! The staff are so kind and very accommodating, and the facilities are incredible! Very peaceful area of Santorini but is close to the main town of Fira and Oia as well. 10/10!

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nts. and LOVED everything about this place. The staff was GREAT! They carried our bags up/down the stone steps. The reception area gave us wonderful recommendations for meals as well as organizing taxis for us. The property is beautiful and has the MOST spectacular sunset view. Awesome location to everything! We really could not have been more pleased with our stay. Thank you Agnadema!!!

Great communication for arrival, transfers and checkout. The staff offered to look after our luggage after checkout and we were invited to use the pool area (with shower access) while waiting for our transfers in the afternoon. Close to restaurants and cliff top walk to Imerovigli and beyond. Make sure you arrive before 2pm so that the porter can bring your luggage down the 70 steps. Porter service is also offered free of charge on departure. Will definitely stay here again if we get back to Santorini.

The staff and front desk were wonderful. We stayed in the budget suite with partial view of the ocean. Please note, this is a ground / basement floor. Had I known that I would not have booked. Overall, it was an okay suite however during our stay in Santorini it rained for 2-3 days consecutively and the apartment got very humid and damp. The bathroom floor never dried and had a smell to it and some bugs also came into the room. I'm not sure if it was because of the humidity or if it was an older room with bad sealant.

There were a hundred stairs to get to the room, no parking and the room was an old small storage room. There were no windows; just air holes to the walkway. The pictures were not accurate.

Thank you for your comment!We feel sorry to understand that you did not get enjoy your stay with us!! Although we must tell that all our rooms have windows and that your room was a 23 square meter room. Furthermore our property is located on the cliff side of caldera as you may have noticed in your booking details, so the specific location can only be approached by pedestrians and not vehicles!!!

Great location, just steps from the main central square in Firostefani. Great view as well, overlooking the caldera. The staff are exceptional - very helpful, patient and accommodating (they helped us book a few things, including multiple taxis). Having the ability to drop off our luggage after check-out with them and also continue to use their pool facilities/shower afterwards was very helpful. The major points of improvement would be more sunbeds as they were often busy and other guests would occupy them for hours at a time, which would prevent others from enjoying the same amenity.

Room and amenities were spotless. Reception was a good help for recommendations on restaurants and activities. This hotel is extremely well located, we preferred this location compared to all others in Santorini. Beautiful pool with outstanding sunset views.

Great view, staff very friendly. Had about 70 or more steps to get to the top, if steps are challenging for you this is not the hotel for you. Keep in mind must of the hotels in Santorini have a lot of steps as they are all in a cliff.

The staff at Agnadema was incredible. Katryana (apologies if I get the name incorrect) at the front desk exceeded my expectations. She was very friendly and even called me the day before my check out to help arrange my transportation. The porters were also very kind and helped me with my luggages up and down the side of the mountain. The room was also very beautiful and overlooked to sea. The pool was very nice and the staff kept the entire area clean. Overall I had an excellent stay here!

The views from this property are absolutely amazing. The room was comfortable, the pool was great and the staff were very helpful and kind. If you are planning on watching TV at all during your stay just note that the television has basic channels and all were in Greek or other languages other than English. The property does not serve any breakfast or meals/snacks, bring your own.

The setting nestled into the hillside with amazing ocean views is amazing. The apartment is big and spacious with an enormous bathroom with all amenities. The staff is super and very helpful

The view from this our room was breathtaking. The best view on the island! The hospitality was unmatched! We felt very well taken care of. They met us in the parking lot and carried all our luggages down ALL the stairs and on the last day they met us at 545 in the morning and carried all our bags up the stairs and stiod with us whike we waited for our transfer van. They also were VERY helpful with helping us set taxi's throughout the trip and getting us back to the hotel. It was very easy to walk into fira and into imervogli whicj made it the perfect location. The accommodations were also way beyond what i was expecting. Tons of space. I would recommend this place to anyone. The stairs are a little bit of a drawback if you arent accustomed to cardio. We had one young person with asthma and a 60 year old woman with us who had to take a few breaks along the way but it was still doable!

Hidden Gem
This place is a hidden gem. The photos on Hotels.com are out of date. The whole property has an incredible view through updated glass railings. Beautiful pool area and not too bad of a walk down the cliff. If you arrive at a reasonable time (we did not) they will help you with your bags. The front desk is incredibly helpful and will make reservations, set up taxis, help you rent an atv, etc. Our only complaint was we visited in an unseasonably chilly September (2021) and it would have been nice if the hot tub was warmer at night. You really shouldn't look further than this place. Great price and great amenities.

Loved Agnadema Apartments! I stayed in the room right next to the reception area. The view- amazing! I highly recommend staying in Firostefani when traveling to Santorini- 10-15 minute walk to Fira and Imerovigli and the sunsets are amazing! Loved the pool and the reception staff were very helpful with local recommendations. Private transfer to the airport was arranged by Stefanos at a discount.

The hospitality in Greece is normally incredible, typically warm and welcoming. This hotel is an exception to that - very rude customer service here. I will never book a stay here again.

Actually you never stayed with us, since you made your review on a date that season had not started yet for our hotel. So you are not able to have any experience about our customer service since you have not even spoken to any of us by calling to our hotel or sending an email. You just spoke with Expedia customer service about requesting a free cancellation, how are you able to know about our hotels customer service? It is really admirable how you can have magic skills! Amazing!
The hotel has stunning views of the Caldera. Our first room was a duplex that had a balcony and incredible views overlooking the pool and Caldera. The second room was a partial-sea view which was right next to the front office but for a fraction at the cost, you can just relax by the pool and the room was nice and clean. The jacuzzi's were nice but the water temperature was not very hot. The front desk was helpful in arranging transportation for us and checking us in. There are a lot of steps to climb so not would not recommend for anyone who has trouble going up and down stairs, but honestly the entire island of Santorini is hills and stairs on the side of a cliff; so it would be a difficult vacation destination for anyone with mobility issues or families with very young children. Highly recommend Agnadema Apartments!

This was the perfect place to stay for spectacular views of the caldera and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious, quiet, clean and well taken care of. The only negative was we wanted to order breakfast to be delivered one day and the office was closed all day so we couldn’t place the order. Otherwise, very nice and would highly recommend.
