Dear Mr Evangelos, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our premises. The hotel is built amphitheatrically, thus ensuring that all of our rooms have complete privacy and panoramic view. Due to the amphitheatric structure of the hotel, some rooms tend to have more privacy than other ones, hence we recommend when booking a room or a suite to do it directly with us in order to inform you about all the specific characteristics that you may need to know about each room. In addition, our pool operates until 7:00pm since after that our restaurant opens up. Once again we apologize regarding any inconvenience we may have caused you. Το δωμάτιο που σας δόθηκε κατά την άφιξη σας ήταν ίδιος τύπος δωματίου με αυτόν που κλείσατε. Έπειτα από συνεννόηση μαζί σας επειδή το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πλήρεις και δεν ήσασταν ικανοποιούμενοι με το αρχικό σας δωμάτιο η μόνη αλλαγή που μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε για το πρώτο σας βράδυ ήταν σε ένα δωμάτιο διαφορετικής κατηγορίας για το οποίο ενημερωθήκατε από την ρεσεψιόν όταν σας το πρότεινε. Τα επόμενα βράδια της διαμονής σας ο τύπος δωματίου που μείνατε ήταν ο αρχικός τύπος της κράτησης. Οι παρατηρήσεις σας είναι πολύ σημαντικές για εμάς καθώς πρωταρχικός μας στόχος είναι η άριστη εξυπηρέτηση και παροχή υπηρεσιών υψηλού επιπέδου.
