"The staff were very helpful. This is a new hotel. On arrival at 3 my room wasn’t ready so they sorted out another one. The room was as expected for a new hotel but the coffee machine didn’t work and I missed the touches like biscuits and toiletries. I don’t always use them but it shows thoughtfulness. ..."
