"Very clean!! Had shower issues with the shower head and plugged drain. Shower head got somewhat fixed…but not the drain. Very quiet friendly people. Kitchen workers in the morning are pretty noisy talking amongst themselves. Food was great! Will definitely stay there again!"

"When I arrived it was only one staff who was over worked. You could see that he was overwhelmed. When I checked in got into to my room it wasn't cleaned, bedding on the floor no trash bags in the trash cans the room a mess. Then when I reported it was more like "let me see if I can upgrade you, the upgrade was going to be a single and a roll bed- not an upgrade!"

"I had never stayed at a Cobblestone hotel prior to this, and I was pleasantly surprised. It met my expectations in every way, including cleanliness, ease of parking, nice open lobby/breakfast room and pleasant staff. Becky checked me in and gave me great information for our stay in Fort Madison. This hotel has a washer, dryer facility, coffee and cookies in the lobby which are nice small touches. Their accessible bathrooms were very good. The room size is very average, but it has all the amenities like a fridge, microwave, desk, and coffee maker. If I was in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"Horrible! Found a live bed bug crawling! Front desk came to the room, picked it up with a key card, then proceeded to toss it out into the hallway. When I caught him doing this he acted as if he stepped on it and killed it. I immediately told him I was leaving the property. Requested a refund and was told a manager would be contacting me. After a week, they decided they would not give me a refund but 50% off my next stay! Unreal! Do not stay here! "
