"Our stay was great and very convenient to Coors Field, where we saw a concert. I wanted to especially commend the Valet, James. He was exceptionally helpful both when we arrived and when we departed. His helpfulness and courtesy is to be commended…he is truly an example of excellence for others in the service industry."

"The hotel is very modern and updated. Check in was flawless except the valet. It is not clearly marked where to go. During check-in, cars were backed up as the staff tried to shuffle the volume of cars. The next day we go to leave and there is only one valet. The hotel is in tight quarters downtown so that might be the valet problem. However, parking is a minimal issue, we would stay at the hotel again."
