"The Loews Kansas City hotel was immaculate. The check-in process was quick and trouble-free even though we were checking in three hours early. The location is great and very close to the kc street car Kauffman stop, turning the entire downtown area from the City Market to the WWI park and Boulevard Beer into no car needed destinations."

She checked on tables to ask if they needed anything, communicated all the options available. She kept the tables cleared and foods were well stocked and hot.
