"Good place to stay in Leicester. Great house bar and good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

"The floor our rooms were on had been treated with some sort of chemical. A solvent aroma was very noticeable. When we complained we were told we couldn’t be moved but were free to leave. No safety data was available for the chemicals used so no exposure limits had been considered. Very poor practice."

Pastries slightly overcooked this time. Good choice of food and you can have your eggs cooked how you want. If I stayed again I would request a room at the back (facing car park) like the last time I stayed as much quieter. Great location to explore Leicester."

Overall, would stay here again if in Peterborough."
