I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Good

A brilliantly located property with a tram stop directly outside giving great access to the train station. It is modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean with professional staff on the front desk. Rooms are compact. The hotel would benefit from offering tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also a small fridge. Overall a great stay.

We choose this hotel on the basis of good reviews and were not disappointed. It's quirky in a good way with unusual pictures and furniture. Our room (28) was large and comfortable. Though there is a (small) lift, there may be some additional stairs so be aware if you have mobility issues or have push chairs / heavy luggage.

Great place to stay, designed very thoughtfully. Stuff was amazing and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was brilliant

We had a family suite, which was massive, and very nice. A lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful stuff. Just a shame we didn't stay longer, we really liked Graz

I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. Great location, clean and comfortable room

This is an excellent period hotel. We had 2 nights there.The room was very spacious & comfortable with a nice rooftop view. The old fashioned atrium with its wrought iron balustrades and potted plants is charming. There was a gym and roof deck, which looked good, though we didn't use them. We did not try the restaurant, but the bar and cafe were good. Though in the heart of the city it was quiet. A tram passes the hotel, and occasionally you could feel a vibration from it, but it was infrequent,...

The staff were amazing 👏, breakfast was fantastic, the hotel is very clean and my stay was wonderful. I am planning of coming back soon, will miss the balcony in the evening, it gives you a beautiful view .
