The only negatives I can mention are that the shower head is very low and not practical and that a single duvet for a double bed defeats the object of paying extra for a double bed. Radisson Hotel Graz
Check-in was rather slow but overall pleasant experience. When the access card is removed from the power socket, lights are off immediately; this is rather inconvenient when exiting the room when it’s dark
