"Great location, nice staff, etc., but two things should be noted: 1) The a/c system (a minisplit) was so underpowered that the room stayed around 76 degrees F/26 degrees C all night in early September. 2) Despite the hotel not being inexpensive, they will charge you $25 per person for 90 minutes to use the indoor pool/spa facilities. That's overpriced."

"We stayed in room 19. The room was gorgeous. Comfortable and nice spaces. The staff were all extremely helpful, especially Anna (. Also the breakfast staff and porter, who I don't have named of). Breakfast was delicious in a lovely room with a live piano player. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Good location. Great restaurants nearby. We also used their parking service and luggage tranfer service. That worked well. 10 star review!!!"
