A very peaceful rural location but an easy 20 minutes drive from Bordeau airport. Our basic room was fine, but a little dark: I would go for a better room next time. We had a very good meal in the restaurant, but be aware that there is only a set menu, with no choice of dishes - whihch could be problemqatical!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, very quiet location

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. Good service good location for meeting someone landing at the airport

This is our second time staying here, can't be happier. Our 2nd time is just as good as the first time if it's not better. The room is perfectly decorated, small but charming. Fantastic location, very quiet but close to the city centre. Proper 5*, excellent sound insulation, staff went above/beyond: highly recommended and easy/affordable vallet parking

Plenty of parking, the staff were soo lovely, very friendly and helpful, one love lady printed off a list of recommended places for dinner and was extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, everything was to our expectations and more!

Great hotel with in walking distance to Bordeaux's attractions, restaurants & bars.

The hotel and the surrounding area are great, picture perfect, tasty with a lot of activities. Hotel staff is a little forgetful, - for example when asked to organise a wine tour they never bothered, when I asked to book hotel restaurant for a birthday party they said they did but on the night it turned out they didn't bother again. Make sure you chase them properly.

Can't really fault this hotel. Reception staff and restaurant /breakfast staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone spoke English if you can't speak French as well. Stayed in a deluxe room on the first floor facing the main road. Although there was passing traffic you couldn't hear a thing due to the triple glazing. Lovely rooms with delightful views to the river. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast choice added bonus is secure parking although it is 13e per night.

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Apartment was very clean and spacious and brilliant location. Staff were extremely helpful too. Definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.
