A very peaceful rural location but an easy 20 minutes drive from Bordeau airport. Our basic room was fine, but a little dark: I would go for a better room next time. We had a very good meal in the restaurant, but be aware that there is only a set menu, with no choice of dishes - whihch could be problemqatical!

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms , excellent pool but the highlight is the really attentive staff.

Proper 5*, excellent sound insulation, staff went above/beyond: highly recommended and easy/affordable vallet parking

Good service good location for meeting someone landing at the airport

Spacious room, comfortable bed, very quiet location

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. The bed was a little firmer than I like but then everyone has different tastes. The coffee was good, the water fountain...

This is our second time staying here, can't be happier. Our 2nd time is just as good as the first time if it's not better. The room is perfectly decorated, small but charming. Fantastic location, very quiet but close to the city centre. Most importantly, the best thing about this hotel is that AMAZING staffs, all of them are very helpful, friendly and speak fluent English, this hotel must be very proud to find these amazing staffs and I hope they will maintain this level of service. I would give this six stars if I could. It was excellent in all areas. The staff were wonderful and treated us as individuals and welcome guests. The restaurant was marvellous as was the spa. The room was spacious and comfortable. An exceptional experience.

Great hotel with in walking distance to Bordeaux's attractions, restaurants & bars.

Plenty of parking, the staff were soo lovely, very friendly and helpful, one love lady printed off a list of recommended places for dinner and was extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, everything was to our expectations and more!

The hotel and the surrounding area are great, picture perfect, tasty with a lot of activities. Hotel staff is a little forgetful, - for example when asked to organise a wine tour they never bothered, when I asked to book hotel restaurant for a birthday party they said they did but on the night it turned out they didn't bother again. Make sure you chase them properly.

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Apartment was very clean and spacious and brilliant location. Staff were extremely helpful too. Definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Great location, staff and easy journal to airport and railway station.

Everything was as expected from a budget hotel, the best B&B Hotel we have stayed in

Had an amazing stay, thank you

Room was clean and well presented. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
