Graubünden Trip

Good central location. Simply adequate for the price.

I gave 4 stars because there was no air conditioner instead an electric fan that only allowed us to press to #2. 3 was not working. Also, we could hear the cars, sirens, helicopter & tram. We were at the 4th floor & had a nice view, but when we opened the windows to feel cool, the noise was even louder. The next night was the same, hence I had to take Benadryl and put the earplugs they provided, which helped. Otherwise, the hotel was strategically located, within the old town, where there are lots of restaurants, it iswell maintained, very clean, and the receptionists were professional, helpful, attentive, and friendly. It is a few steps away from the bus and train station.

During our trip to Switzerland, we stayed twice in Mercure. Facilities are clean and crisp, perfect for our needs, and staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended if you need a place close to Zurich without breaking the bank.

Small but very clean. They make it really easy for guest. No receptionist. Close to transportation and museum. They also have a locker for free that you can put your luggage if it is still early for your flight so you can still enjoy Zurich surrounding and eat before you proceed. Accessible and look safe.

It is a beautiful place! However, if you go in MAY, THE HEAT IN THE ROOMS ARE UNBEARABLE!
