Hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the main train station, and the Banofstrasse, yet the rooms are extremely quiet. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and the room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Highly recommend the hotel!

This property is situated right on the lake with gorgeous restful views of the lake. The pool was a must for us & we loved the outdoor pool with views of the lake. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with beautifully layed out daily choices. The staff are professional & aim to please. The lobby and rooms have a beautiful tasteful up to date decor. A lot of pride is taken at this hotel.

Our stay at Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zurich was outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of the staff we encountered was consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit perfect.
