We stayed in the Airstream trailer called Loretta. It was beautiful! The setting by the lake was beautiful too. There was a fire pit with chairs and supplies to make s'mores too. There was a restaurant on-site, but we brought our own food. We wish we could have enjoyed the outside areas more, but it was just too hot the day we were there.
It was a great place to stay. Views were great, peaceful. rooms were modern and clean. Staff were courteous and restaurant food and service were great!
Great getaway! Loved the amenities, the friendly staff, and the restaurant was top notch! Definitely coming back!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was spotless and we fell in love with the robes. It was awesome they had a Keurig and we had brought our special brands with us. Checking in was a no brainer..we were welcomed with a smile and were greeted by name. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast though on the last day we thought the biscuits should have been cooked a little longer and the bacon should have been more crisp. I can't comment on the menu food as I had to change mine to a special plate because I cannot eat spicy food and I had to order something different. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Love it there. Rooms clean. Love walking on the boardwalk and the food is amazing at the restaurant!!!
Only issue was w the bathroom door not staying open and no ice bucket on my 2nd stay there Employes are great- love Jennifer! Definitely recommend the secret hidden gem
Overall, I loved my stay at Wildwood Resort & Marina! Staff was friendly, the resort was very nice and clean, and the restaurant onsite was delicious! I would definitely come back!
We had rented one of Airstreams and it was full of gnats and stink bugs, I went to the office and explained the situation, and they were happy to make other’s arrangements on the property which was an upgrade, they did not charge us for the upgrade and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful and accommodating. I would stay again. Shannon was at the front desk and she was awesome!!!!
Fantastic stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The resort is in excellent condition and the rooms comfy, clean, modern with great linens. Plenty of room for our team to spread out during the retreat. And the food was great during each meal!
We stay here whenever our granddaughters perform Bluegrass at Sutton’s in Granville. During this visit, we had an early dinner at the resort before heading to the show and enjoyed the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. The food was good, and I appreciated being able to choose different sides to go with my entrée at dinner.
The room was clean and the bed comfy. We enjoyed the lake view from our room.
Amazing setting just off the river & marina! Very close to historic Granville area.
Beautiful lobby area with fireplace. Smores packets provided with toasting sticks.
One issue: the room's walls are paper thin. Be prepared for neighbors talking & watching TV.
Nice lake view. Very close to Granville. We stayed in one of the trailers. There was a water leak on the outside lines leading to the trailer that was promptly fixed when we reported it. A light bulb was burned out in the sleeping area. The trailer was clean and included all appliances, some dishes, etc. There was no table in the trailer for eating meals. Overall, the accommodations were comfortable. We would stay there again.
We always love coming here for a relaxing weekend getaway! So quiet and charming! Everyone goes out of their way to ensure a great trip! Luxury bedding is great! Love the camp fires! We have stayed in the lodge and the Airstreams. Loretta is an older Airstream, & it was great for a one-time experience, but very wobbly. Don’t recommend if you get motion sickness. Also, her A/C is super loud during sleep. Marina restaurant is fantastic, and the boardwalk is so much fun to walk on and relax at near the water. Highly recommend for couples and families!
We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it for another day. Clean rooms are simple but nice. The views of the Cumberland River are amazing here. We spent our evenings dining at the on-site restaurant enjoying some great food and awesome drinks followed by watching the sunset over the river. The facility is beautiful with lots of little places to settle in for the night. There's a gazebo with a fireplace and lots of little firepits with plenty of seating to kick back and have some s'mores. We did not partake in any boat rides, but it was enjoyable watching them come and go. Close to Cookeville and lots of outdoor activities. We kayaked the Caney and checked out Burgess Falls. Can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely return.
