60th Birthday winery trip
Hotel was easy to find. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to a request. Bathroom remodel was nice. Was quiet during the evening/night. Removed cobwebs above the bed. Still some above the light closest to the closet.

Beautiful property, super friendly and helpful staff, all was rather clean. My only complaint would be that the rooms are a bit outdated, and the beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable. One of the 2 queen beds in the room even had a major dip in the middle of the bed and we sunk down in. Felt like we slept on a concrete floor. Time to upgrade!!

it waa 137 for a night in a hotel that was worth like 60 bucks, and on top of that they charge you a 200 dollar incidental charge up front.

Can a motel be classy?
This little spot is understatedly classy. When you’re driving buy it looks like another motel but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Noting bougie, but definitely a classy little spot to stay.

Best kept secret in Grant’s Pass
This is Grant’s Pass best kept secret. Redwood Hyperion pays attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. This was our 3rd visit to Redwood and it didn’t disappoint. The ground are nicely kept, friendly staff, quiet, good beds, etc. They are a family business, not a chain, and take great pride in their business

Nice property w/ what should have been nice amenities. The pool, spa and ALL other property amenities where closed. Expedia should not EVER had taken this reservation since hotel was still in phase 1 opening. Even the hotel had stated upon our arrival that they just stopped taking resvervations due to complaints. Bottomline, even with all the above, this hotel is still only a $65 room w/ lipstick.

Nice motel that looks like it would be a good family spot in the summer. Pet friendly room was decent, staff were nice. Good central location.

My check in was great and room was awesome considering the situation. Have wanted to stay here for over 16 years and glad we finally did, it was so peaceful and may possibly be a returning customer in the future. Only compliant is the next day the lady that was working was rude and acted VERY PUT OUT when asked any question as little as even asking for a few extra coffee packets.

Cute hotel
I stayed here with my mother in law and daughter. We stayed during covid times, there was a lot modified, no breakfast, pool, gym. But it’s ok we really just needed a place to sleep. The property is beautiful!! Grants pass is a cute little town. Our room was bigger than most places so that was nice! Ac unit worked well and so did the heater. Beds could be more comfortable for sure.... not too excited about that. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Staff was super friendly.

Beautiful property that's been there since I was a kid. Someone put some love and money into it! Everything was great........Except! THE BEDS WERE ROCK HARD! I decided to get a hotel while in town instead of sleeping on my dad's couch that hurts my back. I could have saved the money because the couch is softer! Other than that it was great

The gas fire pit was not in operation or available to turn on and my request for a short one hour extension of the check out time from 11 to 12 was flatly and rudely denied. Not even granted in part.

Thank you for understanding, the location of the fire pit is in the common pool/hot tub area; by CDC requirement and the Governor of Oregon we are not allowed to open this area. As far as the late check out not sure if you were willing to sign and pay for the late check out fee. Under normal times I am sure everyone is a lot better at understanding laws and regulations. Hopefully you could see why the rooms reflect that in the extremely discounted price for a room these days.

Great stay in Grants Pass
This was kind of a staycation since we live about 30 miles away. The desk clerk was very nice, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we knew where the room was. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were pretty firm & we generally like a softer bed, but it was fine. (To management: an idea i thought of was to have one softer bed and one firmer bed in the rooms with 2 beds). Even though it was a Saturday night, the hotel was very quiet. The bedding was warm, the shower had good pressure. They gave us plenty of soaps. The grounds are really pretty amd very relaxing. A gery nice stay. Thank you.

Property has easy access to both one way traffic streets allowing safe entry and exit. Despite its location to the Historic town center it is quiet with pleasing landscaping to give an outdoorsy feeling. Our stay was from a Sat to Thu during the off season when reduced staff and amenities limited the full use of facilities. Wake up service was not provided via room telephone and the provided alarm clock was complicated to use. Not a pleasant situation for making an early morning flight out of Medford.

Overall, this is the best place I ave stayed in Grants Pass having made four trips there in the past 18 months. On th exterior, it has esthetic grounds and good-ample parking near your room. My room was up-to-date as to furnishing and everything was very clean. This is the place I will continue to use when staying overnight in Grants Pass.
