"This was an exquisite property with a congenial and charming proprietor. Paolo had seen to every detail to make our stay delightful. We enjoyed our beautifully appointed room and all the extra touches, like home-baked pastry! This accomodation is very walkable to sights, shopping, and restaurants and Paolo gave us excellent directions and recommendations which we enjoyed. We would go back to Juiper Lodge in a heartbeat."

Robert even offered to drop us off at the bus tour point as we had suitcases and it was a 15 min walk. That was incredibly nice of him. Hotel room had all the amenities you would want."

"It’s a small town so don’t expect much for entertainment and you’ll be great. The place is homey and clean. The hosts are a lovely couple who care about their guests. "

You can also hear the other guests coming and going. All of that is made up for by the beautiful garden, walk along the beach just beyond the garden, and the lovely people who run the inn."

"We had a great stay at this lovely B&B run by a very welcoming couple, Margaret & Sandy. Very spacious room for us which had en-suite facilities, fridge, seating area and tea & coffee facilities too. As for the breakfast…expect a hearty start to the day whether it’s all the trimmings or just porridge. We’d certainly recommend!"

"Nice B and B in Inverness. Fraser was helpful and professional. Place was great. We traveled without a car and the place is a 15- 20 min walk from city center and train station. It is a pleasant walk across the Ness river. Just be aware of check in and check out times as it is a small B and B and not a hotel. We are giving the stay a five star review and highly recommend it! I am coeliac and the server and chef were very accommodating to my needs. So glad we found this hidden gem and will definitely be back."
