"The floors were not clean, i read other reviews about this problem, but hoped they listened and fixed the problem but they did not. The wall in bathroom needs to be cleaned. The lobby floor had not been vacuumed when we were there. The Christmas tree was still up in the Restaurant (it was end of May). That tells me they are too lazy to take it down. I was there for 2 nights, after the first night I was asked if I need anything I said more coffee, that was dropped off but they did not empty the garbage, make the bed or vacuum (no surprise). They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. My conditioner was empty. The shower walls and ceiling were not clean. I was in a king size room and there was an open cot in there. ( I did not request a cot). I believe if the attention to detailed cleaning was taken, this would be a nice hotel."
