Lots of children running the hallways as late as 8 pm, the shower door would not stay closed. I had to jam a washcloth between the two doors to keep the sliding door closed. Lots of money for a simple night's stay ???

The property is in great shape! The staff is amazingly positive (in this day & age it is sadly rare). I used to be i. Hotel Management, so I can be picky, but everything was great. I have to travel back into the area at the end of April and plan to stay again!

Low Water Pressure
The water pressure in our shower in our room (421) was terrible. We did not complain about this because we figured it could not be fixed during our stay. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and in good condition.

Decent stay, clean, subpar breakfast experience
The hotel is in a nice area with a great pizza restaurant next door! It was pretty clean and the girl at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. Rooms was nice with good pillows but very firm beds. At breakfast, there were about 25-30 people waiting to get in at 7:30 (when it was supposed to open on Saturday morning), yet the coffee was already empty and there was no staff to be found. A few people tried to ring the bell for service, but no one responded. It ended up opening around 20-25 minutes late and they had 8 biscuits in the warmer, lol. Breakfast was decent for a hotel, with a few hot items, but we were in a hurry by then so we didn’t eat much. Coffee finally got refilled when we were leaving so we made a Starbuck’s trip instead. There was a Keurig in the room with a couple pods if you wanted black coffee. If I stayed in the area again, I wouldn’t be entirely opposed to staying again, but I think I’d try Hampton Inn which is just next door.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was housekeeping kept knocking on our door at 830am until i woke up from a dead sleep and answered the door. Waking everyone in the room. Ive never have had this happen in any hotel Ive ever stayed in. Breakfast was great!

What I liked: 1. Spacious room, esp. for 1 person 2. The concierge was very friendly and respectful 3. Breakfast was pretty decent and filling 4. Room was pretty quiet What I didn't like: 1.The front parking was limited and awkward 2. The mirror lamp was broken and couldn't turn it on 3. No bathtub nonslip mat in the shower 4. The nightstands for this particular hotel were too far from the bed Overall if was a decent stay aside from some inconveniences

The lobby was clean and welcoming. Every time we walked into it were leaving, the receptionist was always welcoming and upbeat and wishing us a good day. The rooms were clean and welcoming. You could not hear guests in the rooms next to you and clients were quiet in the hallways I highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I decided that we would stay here for an evening to just get away from our adults kids as a staycation. We arrived at 2:50pm and was told that our room hadn’t even been cleaned yet. We had to wait approximately 15 minutes before we could get in, but they did give us a late check out of 2pm. Everything was great until the people next to us got back after 10pm and they kept us awake till 1:45am. I called the desk and they said they would come up but they didn’t hear anything. Needless to say I got hardly any sleep.

I stayed 2 nights. Both days had 3 ipork/bacon items at breakfast that we couldn’t take. There was no begetarian option! like potato, tomato, mashroom, salad, fruits … No consideration at all for non-meat. My two days started with almost no breakfast!

Very easy to check into. I absolutely loved being in the university park mall and all the nice stores around and plenty of restaurants to check out. 10/10 will be staying there again such nice staff and very comfortable beds and rooms
