A very nice hotel in a beautiful location with amazing spa facilities. The only problem we had was that the weather was really hot and there was no air conditioning in the room which surprised us ! So unfortunately we could not sleep due to a very hot room. They put a fan in the room but it did not help much !

A comfortable friendly hotel in Andorran alps.easy access once you have left the city bustle behind. Good trails nearby for hiking and two jacuzzis for relaxation. Nice restaurant with helpful staff. If I needed some where to stay either in summer or for skiing this place would be it

We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our evening meal in the Irish pub, the staff were really helpful and friendly and food was nice. They also had Guinness on draft which was fab. Amazing nights sleep, really quiet. We had breakfast, again very helpful staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend

Our first impressions were mixed as this was our first time at a ski resort in the summer and there was some building work outside of the hotel we didn’t know about that concerned me and a lot of the guests were more senior so we were skeptical . We quickly changed our minds. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we all had plenty of room and the bathrooms were very generous. The sliding doors blocked the outside noise! Not sure where I’d hang all the wet ski stuff but not a problem this...

This is our 2nd time in the hotel and I couldn’t recommend more!!! It’s amazing, great value and the food is amazing!!! Soldeu is such a great resort and very cheap compared to most ski resorts!!!! We will defiantly be returning next year ❤️❄️⛷

A wonderful experience. Really helpful reception, free secure parking for motorcycles, restaurant by the pool, close to one of the best twisties (Col Ordino))

Great hotel, great location, great food Stayed during a 4 day trip. Excellent location to the slopes 1 min walk through the cut through, lockers for ski equipment and the spa is small but is great after a full day skiing/boarding. The hotel is lovely, some rooms dated both types of bathrooms are shown in pics. Hotel was clean, staff were very lovely and helpful especially Gerorgina (in housekeeping, always happy and smiling) and Phillippe on the bar/restaurant lovely and chatty. 1 receptionist...

The rooms themselves and the amenities that came with it. The staff and location were also 10/10

Super location, walk through the hotel garden and through a multi story car park to the lifts of a large shopping centre. Once at zero, you're at street level for more shops, bars and restaurants. Staff keep their distance in typical 5 star style therefore they don't appear to be very friendly. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa of room 105, disappointing. The location and comfort of the rooms here is fantastic, lovely jacuzzi bath. This was our 5th visit in 18 months, our relaxing hideaway.

Had a one night stay, ate in the restaurant, food and service were excellent. You get what you pay for and this luxury stay was well worth the money. Breakfast was plentiful with all tastes catered for. Can’t really find anything to complain about.

Great views, Golf course looked great, food excellent, quiet, nice rooms

Grest location Breakfast was good No complaints

The perfect spot for a family with young children & a dog. Lovely views. Activities for children. Parking. Very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again.
