“Excellent Service”

This was the second time I had stayed at the hotel recently, and it did not disappoint again. The service from all the staff was excellent, who were very efficient in everything they did. I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel in the future, should the need arise.

Great little place to stay and beautiful views

This is great little hotel with really friendly staff who were super helpful and cheerful. The hotel was built in the 90s it’s not super up to date but it’s clean tidy and well maintained so if u don’t mind a bit of dates decor then this is great little place to stay beautiful views relaxed and a good breakfast. We used the bus and so long as u don’t mind waiting for the bus you will be fine.

Hyggelig personell, fint bassengområde med mulighet for drikke og mat, god frokost. Langt unna sentrum, vanskelig å komme seg til og fra. Umulig med taxi. Langt å gå, bratte bakker. Seneste bussen fra sentrum og til hotellet går kl.20. Stort minus. Hotellet burde tilbudt skyss til gjestene til og fra sentrum. Fint for de med bil. Ekstremt lytt mellom rommene og gangen. Sengene er ekstremt dårlige. Gjestesenger.

Hotel lindo y con las mejores vistas; operado por la misma familia Merloni, que en todo momento, fueron muy atentos. El desayuno super rico y con sabores de la zona; muy cerca del restaurante Barcola que fácil es uno de los más ricos en los que hemos comido en nuestro viaje por Italia. Regreso si o si a ese hotel a disfrutar de una naturaleza tan exuberante!

Au calme

L’hôtel Merloni possède un grand parking et est entouré d’espaces verts. Il est au calme. Très bon accueil et personnel nombreux. La chambre est grande et le lit confortable. La salle de bain est pratique, sauf la douche qui manque d’un support ou une tablette pour déposer son savon. A l’extérieur une belle et grande piscine. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des produits frais. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Ok turisthotell

Hotellet ligger strax utanför Menaggio så man behöver en bil för att ta sig fram och tillbaka till staden. Hotellet är rent och välstädat. Gott om parkering. Frukosten är väldigt spartansk och enkel, men funkar ändå. Poolen är stor och välskött. Sängarna är tyvärr otroligt hårda och obekväma. Det är som att sova på golvet men om man älskar stenhårda sängar så har man kommit till paradiset. Vi överlevde trots allt men kommer inte att bo där igen på grund av sängarna. Personalen var bra, både i reception, städ och matsal.

Très bon hôtel, sur les hauteurs du lac. Rien à redire sur l'ensemble, nous avons été bien accueillis, tout est propre, c'est calme. Notre chambre était spacieuse. Bonus : le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon, avec de bons produits frais. Merci à toute l'équipe !
