Goid inexpensive stay for travelling through
Room was clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Matresses were a bit dated. Staff was friendly and helpful!

This is a decent little place to stay. The maintenance leaves a lot to desire. They seem to put very little value in curb appeal, interior maintenance (kitchenette sink sprayed everywhere, terrible job of putting finishing around AC unit, no ability to change the room temp. But for the price, I was able to take my sons for a weekend of hiking in the mountains for an entire weekend, for the cost of one night in Jasper or Banff.

Needs to get renovated
The entrance is close to disgusting, I was on the second floor. The area before the stairs was a mud pit, the stairs had broken concrete and dried mud on it so tough to get footing . The wood veranda that brings you to your room had missing areas on it. Because of the mud pit , that was also full of dried mud everywhere. Once inside I found pubic hair in my bathtub and the room had a musty old smell .

Comfortable enough
You get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable. Fridge froze all our fruits and veggies. Kitchenette was small but workable but no table to eat at. If not planning to use the kitchenette the room was okay.

Stayed in this hotel in during the Deathrace, very good value, the room was quiet, bed comfortable, amazing water pressure in the shower and had a convenient kitchenette. The view from the motel parking lot is stunning. Was easy to walk to and from the race start line

It was a terrible housekeeping, not even one clean the floor, I had to extend my stay extra 4 days and over all my stay housekeeping wasn’t done at all They just made the bed, pick up garbage that’s it

There is no heat, literally, in the room. It’s 10 degrees outside and 15 in the room and falling. They can’t turn the heat on! The space heater they gave me is not doing the trick. Also, no remote in the room for the TV.

No heating in wintry condition is real bad. No sure whether a refund is forth coming. Yes, they did make a change of room. Second room also had no heating.

Property advertises that it has wifi, however, the wifi does not work. We had to go to a different hotel and pat for the wifi there because this property's wifi was GARBAGE. It was a shame. We found garbage left over from previous guests and the bathroom mirror had a massive permanent streak of brown paint over it, the tub had a dirt ring inside of it and the shower walls had water stains from not being wiped! Crumbs and dust on the floor and the cutlery and plates, bowls, etc.. seemed like they were not washed at all after the last person used them. They were slimy and greasy and had marks on it. We had to buy paper plates and plastic forks. It was such a shame. I would not stay there again. The front desk hours are from 9-5 I believe and anytime before or after that, good luck if you needed assistance with anything because there's no one there to help you if you needed something or if you had any questions. The staff though were very friendly when they were on the property.
