"AC is room was making sooo much noise and was not working as per thermostat setting. When called front desk , they just denied to help by saying that they dont have anybody."

"About as basic as you can get. Our room smelled like stale smoke and the bathroom faucet was wobbly. It was clean and the property felt safe. We were there for a festival and barely spent anytime in the room. "

"Group stayed in 3 different rooms. All 3 rooms stunk of cigarettes smell even though they said we couldn’t smoke inside. In one room the bathroom door fell of the hinges within the first 5 minutes of arriving. One room had to change the AC because it wasn’t cooling at all and the other two rooms kept the air on at lowest temperature and the highest speed for 3 days straight and it was never cool in the room. In all 3 bathrooms, the floor tiles can come right up and move around. Parking is big but there’s a lot of sus people staying at the hotel and park in the back. "

"Stayed for Beyond Wonderland and it was a really great spot. Just a 17 min walk and the room were decently clean and staff was super nice."
