The service and staff were very helpful and supportive and they made us feel welcome everyday of our stay. The restaurants included in our halfboard had tasty meals and provided something different every night. The buffet food was very nice and was also different everytime we went.

Overall great but water activities are weather dependent so I would say bear this in mind. Finishing of rooms is not refined. Very kid friendly staff however there is no children’s pool. There are a lot of hidden costs such as soft drinks/juices/water are not even included in half board for dinner. The staff went out of their way for us to try Mauritian food during our stay with no extra charge however as it was too windy to go to Creole Smokehouse with our child. They also provided complimentary nut free dessert and a birthday cake. We also had complimentary bottles and a beach bag in our room. The baby bath, cot, baby towel and nappy bin were all set up in our room on arrival too.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning man made beach. Room was large with huge bathroom double sinks separate shower and bath. Bed was very large with super comfortable bedding. Small patio with seating leading into gardens and beach. Certainly no complaints there. Never had an issue getting a sunbed. Thank fully they have a policy to remove towels after 45 mins if no one is using. If you are all inclusive I would definitely recommend this place. We were BNB and only sis AI for 2 days and went out the other days. I will say there is very little nearby outside the resort you want to visit unless you went into Grand Baie. It's about 12 to 15 mi drive away. Grand Gaube had very little to offer and air was closed anyway when we went through. There a few basic restaurants but not what you want in a holiday. Beach was fine and great for relaxing. Very calm. Free water sports offered included glass bottom boat, snorkelling trip, pedaleos, SUPs and even a short water ski of 2 loops if you can do it. Inti restaurant and bar is very high end and an additional cost although if AI you get a discount and we used it for cocktails which were included. Main restaurant has literally everything. The other restaurants are great but wouldn't want repeated visits to them. The staff were all incredible truly. Big shout out to Kevish in Inti who treated us like royalty.Very friendly approachable guy.He does the free cocktail mixing class. A must don several other free activities too many to mention
