We met at least three or four housekeepers in the hallways during our stay and not one greeted us with so much as a hello or have a nice day. The only other comment I would make is that while the showers have shampoo and conditioner dispensers, they should also have a body wash dispenser. A mini bar of Dove soap doesn’t hold the same regard."

"Room was a good size. We were right by the set of stairs and when people were travellinb the stairs, our room literally would feel like it's shaking and it was Making a loud noise. The pullout couch (bed) wouldn't work so I had to sleep on the hard couch itself."
