What a great little hotel! Staff was fantastic, room was beautiful, cleaning crew friendly and efficient, and the location - amazing! We could walk to amazing restaurants, snorkel right off the beach, and the water is pristrine.

This hotel is simply marvelous. Beautiful location, excellent suite and common areas, and a wonderful staff. My wife and I just loved it. Great beach chairs and towels. A special shout-out to Frederic who was extremely accommodating when we arrived early after disemarking our ship. The balcony in our 2nd floor suite had dreamlike views and nice loungers. My only wish is that a small table and a couple of chairs should be furnished on that large balcony. We had to drag interior chairs in and out numerous times for our breakfasts and meals we ate there. Who wants to sit inside when you can sit outside in shangri-la. That aside, we will stay here again if we ever return to St Martin.

Positives. Friendly staff. Great ocean views. Very nice continental breakfast. Exceptionally clean. In walking distance to many restaurants, bars and small food stores. Two minor negatives. Shower water was warm not hot and the mattress too firm for my liking. Would recommend and go back.

Perfect Hotel in a perfect location!

It's a perfect little hotel with 11 rooms right on the beach. Each room has a full-functioning kitchen that is well-stocked with all you need. You are a short walk away from all the best restaurants. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Pleasant staff, nice sea view, convenient - can walk to different restaurants, cute fish right in the water, quiet/serene, delicious pastries in the morning. Wonderful spot

The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and clean. We weren’t wanting for space. The beach is beautiful and quiet, with access to the ocean. We could snorkel out front. Frederic and Xavier were extremely helpful and accommodating. Some of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at were in walking distance.

Nice view, a bit noisy and pricey though

I must commend the stunning view from the one-bedroom suite; it was truly captivating. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the attentiveness and kindness of your staff throughout my stay. Their assistance was invaluable and contributed to a positive experience. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the noise level during the night. Due to the hotel’s proximity to the main street, the traffic noise was quite disruptive, even late into the night. The presence of a streetlamp directly outside the room, coupled with the semi-transparent curtain, failed to adequately mitigate the noise and light disturbances, significantly impacting my ability to rest comfortably. Although the room was spacious and well-appointed, the nightly disturbances detracted from its overall value. Despite this, I enjoyed the fresh bread and beverages, which were a highlight of my stay.
