The staff was friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is above average for hotel fare. The shower head was somewhat corroded so that wasn't ideal and the beds are not great. Overall decent, but for the price I may keep looking.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This hotel has 3 floors and both elevator was out of service! I checked into my room and it was dirty sheets and towels in the closet on the floor. And the toilet didn't flush. I called the front desk he came to remove the things in the closet. And he moved me to the room next door because of the broken toilet. The next day my room door wouldn't lock!! I go downstairs to tell Sherrie at the front desk. She was irritated and said she would send someone to check it. A maintenance lady come check the door and she was not able to fix it. She tells Sherry to a different room. Sherry, still very agitated stated I don't have any rooms. Then Sherry tells me someone is coming to the hotel to fix the door. I explained I have somewhere to go. And I couldn't wait too long. She told me I don't have any rooms available on the 2nd floor to move me too. The rooms she have available are on the 3rd floor and the elevators are broken. I waited 30 mins for someone to show up to repair the door. And nobody showed up. I go back to front desk and tell Sherry. I can't wait any longer just change my rooms. She became even more irritated and stated I told you I don't have any rooms to move you to. I said no you told me you had rooms on the 3rd floor. So move me there... she rolled her eyes and moved me to the 3rd floor. She was very nasty! Very terrible customer service. She never apologized for my inconvenience. Sherry, acted like I was inconveniencing her. It was the worst experience ever!!
