absolutely wonderful views from the balcony, pool and sea. The staff was friendly and really nice, Javier (I don't know how to spell it) was a lovely guy. The only downside was the pool, it wasn't cleaned the whole time we were here.

There was one receptionist that was incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is extremely slow at serving.
We rented the presidential suite...very nice suite but there was nothing to drink in the fridge and no snacks whatsoever.
We won't come back

We loved this hotel, which was recently refurbished. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating and were able to make excellent vegetarian food available to us.
