The hotel sent me numerous number of texts and emails 24 hours prior to arrival while we were in Valencia sending driving instructions along with xerox copy of the map that was not readable mentioning there are bunch of municipal driving restrictions in the city and asking us to contact them at least 5 days before prior to arrival ( again all the correspondence was sent 24 hours prior to our arrival). The parking instructions were awful. Non of the GPS services was working so we were circling around the city goin up and down the hills. Thank God it crossed my mind to stop by the large hotel called Granada where the girl at the reception said our hotel’s instructions were useless and we should hire a taxi to lead us to the place close to the hotel - we were filling the taxi we hired and arrived at the parking from which there was 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Thus, we lost 2 hours of our travel time plus paid the taxi for the lead. Not mentioning the amount of stress since practically nobody spoke English. The hotel definitely need to improve their communication with the customers .

Very convenient to lots of sights. Hard to get to by car but once there, it was clean and friendly. They are doing construction on a building next door so be prepared for noise during the day. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Great hotel for location. Driving here is very difficult due to lane restrictions. Not the hotels fault, but beware if you’re driving.

The entire staff in and around the hotel were phenomenal. In particular, the woman who is from the United States at the front desk, was the kindest and most amazing person ever. Driving to the hotel is tricky. You have to communicate with hotel front a few minute before the arriving time since Google map leads you a blocked road.

Wow! What a gem- located in a central area with lots of restaurants and bars spotlessly clean- bathtub and shower with lovely towels. The crowning treasure a large terrace Staff was invariably welcoming- special kudos to Roberto for his amazing help with many requests! Highly recommend this little 3 star hotel which deserves another star!

Super clean, and really great staff. It was a bit fiddly to find, but the reception staff were very patient, and “talked” us in. Great location- shopping in the doorstep and easily walkable to the sights

The staff was very kind, very helpful, they where able to provide help in different languages, booking, check in and check out was quick and without issue. The rooms where clean quiet, cozy. Walkable distance to bug city attractions like the Cathedal and the chapel, it was easy to take the bus to the alhambra from the area around the hotel. The price was also very affordable.

Great location and well presented.
The hotel is well situated. The hotel is very welcoming. The hotel is impeccably clean. The room for single occupancy is a little cramped. There could be less noise in the mornings before 9am by cleaners moving furniture to clean rooms Having said that i booked one night but stayed 3 nights . It’s probably the best location to stay in Granada

We loved this hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff (some American, maybe American owned?) Cosy warm room (some hotels in Spain are cold in winter) Lovely bathroom. Fabulous location. Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear EVERYTHING, but no late night disturbance. Breakfast was a bit average, and poor quality machine coffee, so I’d probably skip the breakfast supplement next time. But I WOULD stay here again.

Nice Hotel
Hotel room amazing. The lady in reception was awesome and so friendly. The breakfast was not worth paying extra for. Outside the Hotel is full of amazing restaurants and coffee bars. Perfect location for the Hotel. Unfortunately they where doing some work outside our room so a bit noisy from outside. Otherwise very nice room and Hotel.

This is a great place to stay! Roberto at the front desk was phenomenal! Very informative and great advice! We were able to check in early. We had a double twin room and the beds were pushed together for a king size bed. Beds were comfortable, linens soft and warm. Daily housekeeping but didn’t change out towels. Towels were large and thick. Room was larger than expected, bathroom was a good size, plenty of hot water! We didn’t have a view room but had windows for sunlight. Restaurants, shopping and bars all walking distance. Bus to the Alhambra was a 5 minute walk. Would stay there again!

It was a quiet hotel in the middle of the city. It was close to the Cathedral and walkable distance to Alhambra. The only issue I had was that the shower was so tiny that you could barely bend down to get the soap. Other than that, it was a comfortable hotel that provided an electric kettle and tea. I wish more hotels did this.

The room was spacious. Clean , newly renovated bathroom. Good location. No parking at the hotel. Finding the public parking affiliated with hotel was tricky due to one way streets. Overall good hotel for the price.
