Nice location, very centric with shops, restaurant market and must see stops very close. The staff at the office was very helpful. Property is in good condition, would be good to give bathrooms an update but otherwise good and clean. Had kids with us and was very spacious for them and us.

Wonderful apartment, spacious, and clean. Excellent position and cost-value ratio. I had some difficulties to communicate with the host before the check-in. the message center through Expedia didn't work and the phone number available was managed by a no-English speaker.

This apartment was in the Albaicin area, and a 2 minutes walk for the main plaza, so a super location to go to and fro each day. The airport bus stopped on the next road over, so very convenient to find. The courtyard was lovely to sit and relax as well. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had a coffee pod machine and the staff provided more pods when you ran out. There was everything you needed to to the washing up. The sofa bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The apartment had a small, portable fan heater in the bathroom which we used on the cooler evenings as this seemed better than the air conditioning to warm up the lounge. There is a small supermarket just across the narrow road to get all you need. I would highly recommend this apartment for exploring this amazing city.

The location of the hotel is the best feature in general and the apartment itself is quite spacious with a fully equipped kitchen which is nice. The room was very clean and it was a nice touch for them to leave a bottle of wine to enjoy.

This property was really enjoyable, close to all the sites. Teresa, our host at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She accommodated all our requests, provided guidance for what sites to visit, she provided a long list of places to enjoy local cuisine and helped with all our needs. I loved the apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Nice to have the convenience of a washer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and to be able to make our own breakfast. The apartment was stocked with coffee pods, washing detergent and we were even given a bottle of wine. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was that the street it is on isn't very nice. It is a very convenient location and walking distance to all the tourists sites.

Overall good stay and in a great location

Overall a good stay. The location is great and the discounted parking in the San Augustin parking garage worked out fine. The room was modern, large, and comfortable. You will definitely need to communicate with the staff about check in time since even during the day no one is working at the desk (but they can meet you in about 10 minutes after you contact them). The biggest downside of my stay was the cleanliness of the room. One of the living room pillows clearly had a large food stain on it that wasn't clean and there was a lot of dirt and a Q tip under the furniture. But I'd consider staying here again.

We love the location in the layout of the apartment! Some more detailed instructions regarding the washing machine would’ve been appreciated and also the Expedia listing for this property says that there is a dryer included so you might want to update that. The property manager allowed us to use the washer in a different unit when our washer door refused to open, and that was much appreciated!

clean with a great location, a walking distance from the main street, though surrounding area wasn't expected, it was noisy and not clean. A few things needed to be fixed in the apartment. and it was not comfortable for 4 people as it said, (two or three max)
