Holiday totally ruined. Avoid!
Beware they will try to charge ridiculous made up fees for everything. Food at the restaurant is horrible and reception staff completely arrogant and unwilling to help. AC wasn't working. Only positive aspect is the view from the room. But I would definitely not come back given the arrogance and the way I was treated which ruined my whole stay.

Hotellet är ej 4 stjärnigt! Max 3! Rummen är helt ok, inte så rena och små detaljer som visar att det inte är 4 stjärnigt! Lamporna är trasiga. Hissarna var det värsta jag har vart med om! Om priset per natt är samma som Radison Blue så rekommenderar jag starka att välja Radison Blue!

Arrivati giorno 24 gennaio ora di cena, cibo abbondante e di qualità ottima per un buffet. Gli spazi esterni enormi con lettini anche sui prati con erbetta curatissima con il mare a pochi metri, i lettini in sostanza sono fronte mare, diverse piscine snack e bevande per all inclusive a tutte le ore ( di scarsa qualità i liquori con all inclusive) La camera che ci è stata assegnata all’arrivo su nostra richiesta ( avevamo prenotato vista mare) ci è stata cambiata con una fronte mare la cui vista era mozzafiato) Il personale della reception e il direttore hanno cercato di accontentare la nostra richiesta di avere un canale televisivo italiano, senza risultato. Un grazie di cuore al direttore e a eros Fernando della reception per l’attenzione che ci hanno dato

La verdad súper contentos con los días que emos pasado en el hotel Orquídea,tan con las instalaciones como con los empleados súper hablamos educados y un trato excelente se mea echo súper corto los días quee estado.el año que viene repetiré y sobre todo más día,,,muchísimas gracias a todos por el trato y la amabilidad,les recomiendo a todos el hotel Orquídea.

Bra Continental frukost! Som vegan kan de vara svårt och få ett bra urval men tycker hotellet gjorde bra ifrån sig. Rummet var fantastiskt. Rent, trevlig personal, utmärkt 4* hotell.

Buena habitacion, escasas zonas comunes
Lo mejor la habitacion, amplia, con salon independiente y terraza con vistas al mar. La zona de piscinas, hamacas se queda pequeña y muy ruidosa al dar servicio al hotel Orquidea y otros dos apartamentos del grupo. Como alternativa de pago la piscina y hamacas de la zona del spa. El desayuno amplio pero caotico y de calidad baja.

Sun and fun for the whole family
Great family hotel! Well kept, loads of space and nice rooms. It's a colossos in the middle of nowhere, but you're here for the sun and fun - and that's what you get. For my personal taste, it was a bit big. But the family (including grandparents) loved it. I can recommend it!

Nada extraordinario que reseñar (ni bueno ni malo)
Hotel con buena oferta de servicios (a pesar de que muchos no estaban operativos por el covid). Habitación grande y espaciosa. El único punto negativo a reseñar es el café de máquina del desayuno, horrible.

Très agréable
Très bon hôtel bien placé et agréable. Covid oblige, ça n'était pas plein et c'était d'autant plus agréable. Les parties communes sont superbes et les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et agréable. Animation sympas (mais rien en Français). Petit déjeuner très bien aussi. Nous avons mangé au buffet quelques fois, c'est pas toujours hyper raffiné mais ça va.

Vacaciones okupas
Hotel e instalaciones muy bien. 2 veces tuvimos que llamar porque no hicieron la habitación. 2 veces nos preguntaron en la piscina si éramos del hotel!!!. Era la segunda vez que íbamos, de 5 noches cada vez. Esta última fue algo negativa. Para evitar esto es tan fácil como poner una pulsera de distinto color para alojamiento y desayuno, así no estaríamos como okupas a ojo de los trabajadores.

El Hotel está situado en un paraje muy bello y no necesitas salir del entorno para tenerlo todo .. playa .. piscina Spa paseos .. muy bien👌
