Really well designed property. The parking is under the accommodation and extends around the perimeter of the property. You can park under the building containing your apartment and there is a stairwell and two elevators for each building. We stayed in a large two bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. There was an ensuite and a separate bathroom. There was an excellent fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There was a dining table in the kitchen and another on th large balcony. The main pool area was spacious, but did get busy. The grounds of the property are well maintained with a combination of plants and some artificial grass. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet family holiday.

In a Nice valley near to Arguineguin centrum.
We were surprised to find it was only one bathroom in the flat instead of two, but We got a much bigger terrasse. We stayed 3 weeks, but had friends comming for one week. No problem of changing, but had to pay 50 euro extra the past 10 days for changing flat to have a bathroom extra. All We needed for the holiday were there. A Nice, well run place.

Good, not great. Bad WiFi.
Nice enough apartments, but we had one for 4 people and one of the double beds was just a sofa bed stuck in the lounge area. If it says two bedrooms then I expect that not to include the lounge. WiFi is terrible and unsuitable for anything more than casual browsing - and even that is better done from my phone's data connection. Nothing bad about the hotel, but also maybe not quite as great as it could be.

Everything you need for a great stay. Rooms are nice pool areas clean and lots of facilities. Adults pool is also great if you want a quiet afternoon. Reception staff helpful and polite. Child friendly.

Amazing stay!
Really great stay - hotel was spotless, brand new with modern furnishings and stylish decor. Cleaners were fantastic, all staff were lovely especially ladies in the Spar shop and the weekday lifeguard! Adults only pool was bliss - the comfiest sun loungers!

Lovely apartment, very spacious, much better than I imagined, everything seemed new and modern. The carpark to apartment walk is very efficient. Overall a recommend. Only downside I think they can improve on is bathroom - the small bath gel sachet given is not enough for body or hair wash. Best to buy shampoo, conditioner, body wash from shops if staying a long time. Bathroom extractor fan could be stronger (you can tell it's not strong enough from the small ceiling peel) but other than that everything was great.

- abseits der Hauptstrasse gelegene Appartementanlage, daher sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf den Atlantik - geräumige Zimmer, mit allem drum und dran - voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Kühlschrank und großer Gefriereineit - wer mit Mietwagen anreist, kann das Auto in der Tiefgarage parken (keine zusätzlichen Gebühren)

Flott anlegg
Flott anlegg med god standard på leiligheter og uteområde. Stille og rolig selv om anlegget har plass til mange. Likte spesielt bassengområdet hvor det kun er tillatt for voksne. Fine leiligheter, gode senger, godt utstyrt kjøkken.

Aussen fix, innen schwierig.
Die Ausrüstung in der Wohnung ist zu rudimentär, und die Bratpfannen in schlechtem Zustand Es fehlen gut Rüstmesser und grosse Küchenmesser die schneiden. Alles IKEA und billig.Die Schlafzimmer waren für unsere Bedürfnisse zu dunkel, da keine Aussicht nach draussen. Das ganze ist zu eng und damit zu laut sobald die Sonne scheint, Auf dem Balkon um 10 Uhr ist es eindeutig zu laut. Wir sind uns ANFI Beach gewöhnt!

Fint hotell, men maten på «resturanten» var elendig!! Matbutikken hadde for få ansatte og det ble veldig fort tomt for varer. Veldig lite sol der vi hadde rom. Små heiser. Langt å gå for å komme til en fin strand ( Anfi del Mar). Kort vei til bussen.

Detta är andra gången vi bor här och det kommer att bli fler gånger. Det är ett mycket fint lägenhetshotell. Stora härliga lägenheter med två badrum och separata sovrum för familjer med större barn. Jag var trött och hungrig när jag kom dit men incheckningen gick smidigt som tur var. 😊 Området är otroligt rent, de städar överallt utomhus, utom i lägenheten där städningen inte alltid var den bästa. Städerskan glömde ofta att fylla på material och bänkar och bord osv torkades ej av. Ta med egna disktabletter till diskmaskinen för de fyllde de inte på på de 10 dagar vi var där. Dock så är detta en småsak i helheten. Garaget är mycket bra och du parkerar i källaren under din lägenhet. Trots de små bristerna i städet så är detta ett av de bättre lägenhetshotellen som vi bott på och vi kommer som sagt absolut att åka dit igen.

Flotte leiligheter. Fine basseng. Passende butikk og fin poolbar. Ligger god gangavstand fra sentrum av Arguineguin, men mangler noen fortau og overgang (helst med. Lys) over hovedveien. Må gå under og bratt bakke på andre siden. En grei gåtur til den flotte stranda på A M F I.
