Nice Stay for Christmas
We had a very pleasant visit. With the queen and single bed in the room it was a tight squeeze. Other than that it was pleasant.

Encontramos o quaro não muito limpo, bastante sujeira no chão e vários fios de cabelo no banheiro, mesmo depois que pedimos para limpar, ainda tinha alguns cabelos no banheiro. O controle do ar condicionado teve que ser trocado duas vezes, acho que foi azar nosso. Mas o resto estava tudo ok, o café da manhã é muito bom, a cama é confortável e se você está de carro, a localização é ótima, pois fica bem no meio entre Gramado e Canela.

Já tinha feito a reserva pelo site hotels.com e efetuado o pagamento, lá o recepcionista me cobrou novamente, no outro dia vi que tinha 2 cobranças voltei ao hotel para me devolverem o dinheiro foi muito complicado. Não recomendo a ninguém péssimo atendimento
