Hotel is located right in the center of town near everything. The breakfast buffet was great. The beds were comfortable. Only thing I did not like were the annoying sales agent wanting to pitch for Hotel Club every morning as you walk out of breakfast.

Great location.
Great location. A lot of great restaurants within walking distance. A little bit noisy in the area. Cleanliness could be a little better.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We love Brasil! We love Gramado and we loved our accommodations. This hotel was within walking distance to everything! While I try to speak very broken Portuguese, it was a relief that some people at the hotel spoke English.

Excellent service from the time of our arrival. There was complimentary valet (for our rental) and our bags were taken up to our room. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful as is all of Gramado. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is pretty good and was included in our reservation, open until 10:30 which was great cause we got to sleep in. The outdoor deck connected to the dining room is beautiful--sidenote, we got really awesome weather and no rain. This was really the better option for us because it was in the center of town and we could walk/bike evrywhere. There is another LaGhetto hotel a little further removed. If I am ever back in Gramado, would of course stay here again!

Amazing!
It was an amazing stay. Staff is incredible. My son turned 6 years while we were at the hotel and the staff gave him a special gift and a lot of attention. It is a really nice hotel with a great staff. The location is perfect. Walking distance from the main restaurants.

Um hotel muito bem localizado,no centro e perto de todas as atrações. Quarto grande,uma ótima cama,travesseiros no tamanho ideal. Banheiro com amenites da L'occitane.Um secador maravilhoso. Chuveiro com uma ótima ducha. Um café da manhã com uma boa variedade de produtos Certamente foi uma ótima escolha para quem quer se hospedar no centro de Gramado Parabenizando tb a equipe. A rede hoteleira em Gramado é de alto padrão.

O ponto principal do Hotel é o atendimento da equipe. Todos muito cordiais e atentos à necessidade do hóspede. Na recepção, destaque para o atendimento da Jocy, no serviço de quartos, ao servico da Ana e no restaurante, ao atendimento do Felipe. Todos excepcionais. O hotel é muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso, a pé, a varios pontos turísticos. O cafe da manhã é bom e bem diverso.

Nos hospedamos entre 28/11/2023 a 03/12/2023. Hotel com excelente localização, muito próximo da rua coberta e das lojas/restaurantes. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários educados. Possui piscinas cobertas, sauna, espaço kids (baby), salão de jogos e academia. Estacionamento pago (R$40,00 a diária), sendo que os funcionários do hotel pegam os carros. Mas o que decepcionou foi a limpeza do quarto. Ficamos no quarto 239. Havia sujeira debaixo das camas e no compartimento do frigobar (acho que nunca foi limpo). O banheiro não tem janela. O sistema de exaustão é insuficiente. Há muita umidade. Havia mofo nos rejuntes, parede, teto e silicone do box (fotos em anexo), ocasionando em mal cheiro. Havia aqueles mosquitos que aparecem no banheiro quando ele está sujo. No penúltimo dia percebi que os mosquitos proliferaram e haviam larvas pretas no box. Reclamei, mas mesmo faltando ainda uma limpeza, não houve empenho para solução do problema, permanecendo como estava. Também não ofereceram troca do quarto porque iria embora no dia seguinte (o que é razoável), mas poderiam pelo menos ter limpado o banheiro com mais afinco. Um hotel em que se paga quase mil reais a diária, reputo inadmissível tal situação.

O hotel é bem localizado e o atendimento na recepção e restaurante foram otimos, só acho que poderiam melhorar a circulação do buffet de café da manhã que fica apertado qdo tem muito movimento. A comida do restaurante do hotel é muito bem servida e saborosa

O hotel é super bem localizado. Os quartos são amplos, o café da manhã muito caprichado, euqipe gentil e a piscina é uma delícia. A única coisa chata, são os próprios funcionários da Laghetto que ficam te abordando convidando para conhecer um novo empreendimento em troca de algum brinde. Sabemos que isso é uma "pegadinha" para que você vá a uma palestra sobre cotas da rede. A situação quando se nega é bem constrangedora.
