Wonderful hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easily accommodated me and my dog for a whole week. Perfectly situated just off the main road in Grainau with quick access to downtown and the trails. Plenty of parking, spacious room, relaxing garden in the back. Highly recommended.
Hyggeligt og stemningsfuldt hotel med sin egen unikke atmosfære. Dog var der problemer med morgenbuffeen. Afskåret pålæg kom ind igen næste dag og den sidste skive fra en skivet steg blev lagt oven på en stak skinkeskiver, da den kom ind for tredie gang. Alpemælk, jeg smagte på, var sur. Man bør trygt kunne spise maden, men vi måtte holde os til det "sikre". Da vi skulle betale ved afrejse, blev vi pludselig oplyst om, at hotellet ikke tog imod kreditkort uagtet der var bestilt med dette. Desuden havde vi set kreditkortterminalen på disken et par dage i forvejen. Men man fastholdt så vi måtte ned i byen for at hæve kontanter, hvilket betød to gange hævegebyr i ekstra omkostning. Det kan være kreditkortgebyret hotellet ville undgå, men det er rigtig dårlig service at byde kunderne.
