"The hotel was clean and very nice. The hotel staff were very friendly towards the guest. They made you feel right at home. Some of the hotel staff; Tamara, Corey, Sidney, and Marguerite were excellent. The grounds were kept very clean and the pool staff were always making sure the pool and chlorine were perfect. The meals were great. Would highly recommend a stay here. The best one I've stayed at"

WoodSpring Suites St Peters-OFallon

"Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most! After a terrible experience with another hotel that left us without a room, we were incredibly grateful to find a place that actually cared about its customers. The staff accommodated us when we needed help the most, and we truly appreciated their kindness, understanding, and willingness to work with us. Travel plans can go wrong, but the way a business treats people during a difficult situation makes all the difference. This hotel turned a stressful experience into a much more positive one simply by treating us with respect and helping us when another property had failed us. We will never forget the difference that genuine customer service made that day. It is refreshing to find people who understand that customers deserve courtesy, compassion, and respect. Thank you for accommodating us and helping turn a frustrating situation around. Your kindness meant more than you know, and we would absolutely recommend this place to others looking for a hotel that values its guests!"
