Booked a room with 'full breakfast' though the restaurant and reception were closed in the morning at 8 am, and we couldn't find any staff. Hope no one else experience this, so check about the breakfast at the check-in.

We can't complain about our stay. Our room was fabulous and staff at front desk very polite with a natural smile. We had dinner in the restaurant. The menu was great. Meals were beautiful and the staff were very helpful helping us to decide what meal to choose from. We give the restaurant A.

Hotel is relatively expensive for Grafton. Hotel room is showing signs of wear in bathroom and with lighting. Staff pleasant and location good.

This property is knowingly misrepresenting themselves. All listings for this property show Wi-Fi included. Upon arrival you get a letter explaining that it’s under new management and they’re sorry Wi-Fi isn’t actually available. That on top of a very disappointing room, a lacklustre pre-packaged “breakfast” and average at best service — I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean and a nice size- the bed was ok- plenty of blankets. downside - the breakfasts were of due to supposed alterations , Also there was no internet as promised when booking.( again supposed alterations)
