"I had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located right inside Sarajevo’s Old City. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, with shops, major sights, restaurants, and cafés all within easy walking distance. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel was also a convenient base for experiencing the atmosphere and charm of Sarajevo’s historic centre. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay."

"We stayed in 4 different hotels/locations during our 2 week trip and this was by far the best in terms of location, staff, cleanliness, parking (20 euros per day) but it was worth it. We have decided that we will only stay at Marriot properties from hereon."

"The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance of many major historical landmarks. It was also conveniently located near public transportation and directly across from a taxi stand, which was extremely useful when we needed to get to the bus station at 5:00 a.m. (taxi cost approx 5 euros on the meter). The property is approximately a 10-minute drive from the train station, with a taxi costing around €10. Damir was an incredible host—very responsive, helpful, and happy to provide recommendations based on what we were looking for. His communication leading up to and throughout our stay was excellent. He even told me that if I had trouble finding a taxi at 4:30 a.m., I could call him. Thankfully, I didn't need to, but the gesture was incredibly kind, genuine, and much appreciated. The building itself feels a little gloomy when you first enter, but as you make your way up the stairs, it becomes noticeably more modern and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were both very clean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of the Old Town."
