do not go here
Suite is smaller than a regular hotel's twin bed room. Bed Dirty. Check in took forever. Basically a motel, that's named hotel.

Nice but not for work
Even I stayed on a Tuesday night, music from a bar was quite loud until 3am. Room was pretty dark, not even much lights from room itself, so not very convenient if you have to work, ended up going to the coffee shop next to the hotel for some work. Area is great if you need to go to kintex exhibition center, 5 minutes by taxi and around 30 minutes walk. Even you are far from downtown Seoul, the area has everything you need.

전형적인 모텔입니다. 고급 모텔도 아니고...
이런 숙박 장소가 어떻게 Hotels.com에 포함되었는지 의문스럽고, 1박에 11만원을 받는지 의심스러울 뿐입니다. 체크인이라고 하기보다, 이름 말하고 열쇠 받는 그 사이에 대실을 하는 2커플이 있었고, 방에는 칙칙한 모텔 냄새에, 침구류에는 약품 냄새가 진동을 합니다. 침대뒤에 게임을 위해 설치된듯한 컴퓨터가 놓여있습니다. 차라리 예약 없이 (싼 맛에) 근처 모텔을 찾거나 3-4만원 더주고 좋은 호텔 가는 편이 나을것 같습니다. 이것도 예약이라고 택시타고 간 비용이 아깝네요.

일산 중심의 번화가에 위치
일산 중심의 번화가에 위치함은 상당히 좋았으며 넓은 욕실은 만족 스러웠다. 그러나 심야시간대 까지 주변의 소음 및 다소 좁고 짐을 놓아 둘 곳 없는 어두운 객실, 러브호텔 같은 분위기는 아무래도 가격에 걸맞지 않은 느낌을 강하게 받았다.

만족합니다.
사진보다는 좁아보이지만 그런건 예상했던거고, 위치가 바로 앞에 번화가라 없는게 없어 좋네요. 시설도 괜찮은 편이었구요.

역과는 걸어서 10분 정도 걸리고 주변에 맛있는 식당 등이 많아 좋았어요 근데 에어컨을 켜도 많이 시원하진 않았어요 담번에 가도 갈만해요

호텔아니고 모텔이래요.
체크인시간.훌쩍지나서 갔는데 룸정리가안됏대요.이유를 물으니 바빳다는둥 죄송하다며.얼버무림. 기다리던중.이유를알았어요. 대실을.받고있더라구요. 이주전부터 예약하고갓던곳인데 대실이라뇨. . 기가찼음. 환불요청하니까 익스피디아쪽에 문의하래요. 잘못은 호텔?측에있으면서 고객한테 문의하라더라구요. 본인들 잘못이지만 담당자가 휴무이다. 이해해달라 환불은.못해주겠다? 진짜 황당그자체더라구요. 전화한통이면 해결될일을 한시간가랑 실갱이했네요. 호텔? 직원의 잊혀지지않는말이. . 호텔이라고 명시되있지만 숙박업소라서.대실을.받는대요. .정말.비추합니다!

Not for a family
All smoking rooms for $100($76 before taxes) per night was not worthy of staying as a family group. Plus there was an extra $10 charge per night for my 22months old toddler! I can barely suggest this hotel in any direction. Try another one.
