"Very near the centre of Tallahassee which is basically the Capitol area. The hotel has a good pool and sun loungers around it. Pool towels were available. We had a good room with separate bedroom - plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Great road system to get to places near Tallahassee - some excellent nature reserves nearby and also ancient mounds. There are bars and restaurants nearby which are walkable"

"I booked my room on May 21 at 10pm and drove through the night and arrived the next morning, only to be told I was marked a no show for my 3pm check in for May 21st, hours before I had even made the reservation. How can I be at my reservation before I even made it? After driving 14 hours alone for a funeral, I wasn’t expecting special treatment, just basic customer service. Instead, I was treated like I was the problem. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing from start to finish. I was told my room was already given out and I couldn’t get another room even after the girl offered one, she changed her mind.. The front desk staff was very dismissive, unhelpful, and the things that were being said just did not make sense. I also was unable to get in contact with management because the girl was telling the booking agent she was in charge. I just don’t see that being true."
