"Booked this stay so I could take my daughter to your fsu. Breakfast was nice to have before tours . The room was spacious, but wished there was a place to place clothing like drawers or closet . Other than that for a brief stay was good . Television and shower was good respite while she hung out at the university"

"The room didn’t feel clean, broken floor lamp leaning in a corner that wouldn’t turn on, faucet leaked all over the counter, bathtub nozzle very loose and expected it to fall off. Staff was nice though and breakfast was ok. "

"I had 3 major issues. The a/c was extremely loud. The room had weird smell. And the morning desk clerk was very rude and unapproachable. I said Food morning and she did never lifted her head. She continued what she was doing. I said to her nevermind."

"The hotel was clean and attractive. There were no electric plugins at the desk area which was very inconvenient. We couldn't figure out how to turn the light bar over the bed off so it was like trying to sleep in daylight. Not good as we needed to be at the hospital no later than 5:30 and needed as much rest as possible. I spoke with the clerk the next morning and she explained there was a small black button under the two reading lamps that turn the light off. I had pushed it several times but it turned out to be a turn up or down control although it looked like a push button. The hotel should put a sign up to this effect. The desk clerk said many guests have had this problem. I want to commend the desk clerk. She was patient and helpful, and very pleasant."
