"Efter aftale ankom jeg meget sent efter en meget lang rejse, indtjekning var ikke tydelig så endte med ikke at kunne omme ind kl 3 om natten måtte ud og finde et hotel og mistede derfor første nats betaling. Værten var på tideligt og var hjælpsom så jeg kom ind. Der var så varmt i lejligheden så umuligt at sove det var som en ovn. "I have to say that I was surprised. For what I paid I expected a lot more. The rooms were nice but not amazing, The sauna and spa were mediocre at best. Only one elevator reached the sixth floor (breakfast and spa). The Balinese pool was special but there were too few beds to lay on and they were occupied from very early in the morning. Breakfast was good but the food that should have been hot or at least warm - was usually cold. The area is not close to the center and a lot of walking was done even to get to the City Hall square and Tivoli, that are really the START of the town center. While the shower was good the sink area was tiny and cramped. No one and nowhere really stressed that this was an eco-hotel with all that comes with it. What i have to really praise are the staff who were really kind and helpful always with a smile and good advice. I want to specifically recognize Maja who was just perfect and always there! The breakfast staff was also really good as were the room staff. In all, not fantastic for what I paid. Kudos to the staff who made the stay sweeter."

"The hotel has an amazing spa and good beds, but the service is flat or nonexistent and the rooms could use an update. Especially the mold in bathroom. As other guests comment: the amount of add ons and lack of basic amenities (coffee/snacks throughout day, more varied food options, room amenities) was a turn off. Parking is badly designed and I feel awful for the older/less mobile as they navigate to/from hotel with belongings. There also seems to be a lack of staff. Finally, I tried multiple times to schedule a massage only to be directed to spa many times with no staff in spa to help. We also were kept up late by a party of loud people who ruined my spa experience with loud drunken behavior and then moved it outside after hours. No staff were available to tell them to quiet down. I think this is hot or miss, but don’t expect luxe 4stars and you’ll be fine. Would recommend for a spa getaway, but be mindful that the room might spoil the pampering the spa provides both in look and feel."

"The rooms are small and the room decor spartan but the furnishings are quite adequate: there’s a comfy chair and lots of surface area for luggage. Not much of a view but very near the ports and right next to a metro station for easy access to the city centre. A perfectly reasonable place to stay for a fair price. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked pleasant."
