This newly opened hotel is beautiful. The rooms ate nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bonus or air con, kettle, coffee, machine, free toiletries, hairdryer and a mini bar are all a huge plus. The breakfast is simple, super and just enough to set you up for the day. Irina on the reception desk is so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped make our stay run smoothy with tips for getting bus tickets and where to visit. We would return no problem! What can I say just come back from staying at this hotel and I most say WOW it was sublime and the room was out of this world... the pictures do not do it justice I expected a average room but this junior suite with a jacuzzi bath was enormous so clean and tidy and even had its own lift to get down to the carpark...it really made my 10 year wedding anniversary a dream and the Mrs loved the surprise and more so the room. Romantic weekend away - loved the Spa facilities, very relaxing. Breakfast superb, relaxing ambiance on the hotel, interesting art décor. Soothing stay. 5 minute walk to railway station - commute to lots of locations - 1hr by train to Milan. 2 minute walk to supermarket with very cheap wine/Prosecco/Pironi/Snacks. ice Indian restaurant in Bergamo / would recommend eating in 'old Bergamo town' - we missed this opportunity.
