Good Hope Trip

Awesome customer service. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I definitely enjoyed myself.

Room was clean and the property was lovely. The food was good with lots of variety. Some of the staff need a lot of training in customer service. Some are quite excellent but others lack basic training.

The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.

Great place to stay, food is amazing, pool is very spacious, plenty of bars to choose from and the scenery is breathtaking. Only bad thing is they are pushy about their travel club.

Overall stay was okay, however the hotel had multiple area that was wet and ceiling leaking from the rain, water was running all over the floors creating a hazard, could have controlled better, my toilet was not flushing for a few hours, leaving a smell of body waste in the room due to it sitting there unable to flush, I was told there was a plumbing and water issue, also the chairs in the theater was very hard and uncomfortable. The entertainment was okay for only 2 of the shows as the dancers seem like they were lacking energy. There were areas that had restrictions on entering due to it need a travel club,
