What a lovely hotel. The king size bedroom was spacious, with lots of functioning usb ports and sockets, with a microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe and well stocked wardrobe with lots of hangers. Hot drinks were available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The WiFi was good. The bathroom amenities were excellent with 'Dove' hair and skincare products which smelt lovely. Lovely property. Rooms fab, and the town is delightful. Downside, the pump dispenser of shampoo in the shower did not work and actually thenother two weren't great either. Also, the breakfast is very limited and the carboard coffee cups leaked all over clothing. These points aside, the property is lovely and I would recommend.

Free breakfast okay - basic! Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Great coffee at Jittery Joes. Too far to walk to UGA - I was told just over mile but it’s more like 2-2.5 miles. Good size car park.

It is very well located to downtown Athens. There are buses that provide transport around the different colleges. The staff were all pleasant and efficient. There is a small gym which was very convenient. Breakfast was reasonably varied and lunch at the Savannah restaurant was good. Groome airport shuttle stops at the hotel and there is ample paid parking available.
